ESV Ajibola Sodiq Akinwande (MNIVS, RSV) is a Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

A distinction graduate of Estate Management and Valuation from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, he also holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from Abia State University and a Project Management Essentials certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, Pennsylvania, USA. An Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Ajibola’s expertise spans property valuation, development, consultancy, management, and agency. His wealth of experience and result-driven approach has positioned him as the General Manager of Barods Global Limited, a leading real estate solutions provider serving clients across Nigeria and the diaspora.

A proud son of Abeokuta, Ogun State, Ajibola combines technical depth with local knowledge to deliver real estate solutions that balance indigenous insights with global best practices. In 2023, he was honored with the Property Manager of the Year Award at the Synergy Awards.
Beyond real estate, he is a passionate youth advocate and Executive Secretary of Barods Empowerment Foundation, where he leads impactful initiatives in education, empowerment, and community development.
