ESV Ajibola Akinwande

Ajibola Sodiq Akinwande (MNIVS, RSV, CPM) is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer, duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Contract, Project and Facility Management (CICPFM) and a Chartered Project Manager (CPM), reflecting his multidisciplinary expertise across real estate consultancy, project management, facility administration, and strategic asset development.

A distinction graduate in Estate Management and Valuation from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Abia State University. He also holds a Project Management Essentials certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, Pennsylvania, USA, further strengthening his leadership, project execution, and strategic capabilities.
