    Pay into the Barods Global company account and we oversee the transaction until it closes. If you prefer to pay the seller directly, we ask that it goes through your lawyer. Either way, our fee is invoiced only with our company bank details.

+How much does a house cost in Lagos?

It depends a lot on the area. A detached duplex in Ajah or Lekki can cost several hundred million naira, while Epe and Ibeju-Lekki are far cheaper, especially for land. Browse our current Lagos listings above, or tell us your budget.
